Vancouver B.C. is nestled between the beautiful Coast Mountains and the Pacific Ocean. Vancouver is first and foremost a port city, with flourishing trade all along the "Pacific Rim". Over the last fifty years Vancouver's range of economic, cultural and artistic activity has broadened substantially; and the combination of beautiful natural setting and modern amenities make it a wonderful place for recreation, sightseeing and relaxing.

Many of the activities that Vancouver has to offer can be enjoyed year round. The city is full of parks and golf courses and has three local mountains that provide excellent skiing or snowboarding in the winter and beautiful sights and mountainbiking in the summer.
